⭐︎The Art of Kintsugi: Embracing Imperfection
Kintsugi is the traditional Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold. Rather than hiding the break, Kintsugi celebrates it as part of the object's history, adding to its beauty and uniqueness. It teaches us to find beauty in imperfection and resilience. In our Kintsugi workshop, you'll learn the fundamental techniques of this ancient art, transforming broken pieces into new treasures.
